If you do not have a live competition in your state you can sign up to take a delegated state title.
You can make appearances with your state or regional delegated title the same as if you had won at a live state.
If there is a live state competition where you live and you either could not compete or did not win you can take a regional title in your area.

You must have a state or regional title to represent at Nationals.

$200 Is the cost of a state or regional delegated title.

This will include your state crown and sash as well as your registration fee to Nationals.
